Every Wordfeud tile carries a fixed point value that's different from Scrabble's — for example U is worth 2 points in Wordfeud versus just 1 in Scrabble, and the blank tile always scores 0 no matter which letter it stands in for. This tool ranks your matching words by that real Wordfeud point total, highest first, so you can see your strongest plays at a glance instead of just an alphabetical list.
Board bonus squares change the final score: Double Letter and Triple Letter squares multiply an individual tile's value before the word total is added up, and Double Word or Triple Word squares then multiply that whole word score afterward — multiple word-multiplier squares in one play even stack, so covering two Triple Word squares multiplies your score by nine. Use the Word Multiplier control above to estimate a Double or Triple Word score for the whole word, since this tool can't see exactly where a word lands on your live board.
Playing all 7 of your rack tiles in a single turn triggers a "Bingo" and adds a flat 40 points on top of the word's score. Tick the Bingo box to add that bonus to every 7-letter word in your results.
No — Wordfeud uses its own tile distribution and point values, which differ from Scrabble on several letters. U is worth 2 points in Wordfeud versus 1 in Scrabble, and C, G and P are each worth one point more in Wordfeud than in Scrabble. Always score with the game you're actually playing in mind, which is why this tool uses Wordfeud's own values rather than Scrabble's.
It's the sum of each letter's official Wordfeud tile value. A blank tile (entered as ?) always scores 0 points, matching Wordfeud's own rules, even though it can stand in for any letter when forming the word. This is the base score before any board bonus squares are applied.
Playing all 7 of your rack tiles in a single turn triggers a "Bingo" and adds a flat 40 points to that turn's score. Check the Bingo box in this tool to add that bonus to every 7-letter word shown, matching how Wordfeud scores it.
Those bonus squares depend on exactly where a word lands on the live Wordfeud board, which this tool doesn't have access to. Instead, the Word Multiplier control lets you estimate a Double Word (×2) or Triple Word (×3) score for the whole word.
Yes — enter any letters you're working with, whether from your rack or already on the board, and use ? for a blank tile. The word list checks up to 15 letters at once, which covers a full rack plus letters you're building off of.
